This page explains, in plain words, what this website collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you ask a question or request a call, we keep your name, your phone number and email, your preferred language, the service you're interested in, your question, and the day and time of day you prefer for a call, with your time zone so we call at the right time. If you open WhatsApp from this site, we count the click, with the language and service. If we reply to you by email, we keep that reply with your details.
What we never collect
This website never asks for tax documents, Social Security numbers, ITINs, income figures or payment details. There are no file uploads and no client accounts, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Short-term technical data
To stop abuse of our forms, we keep a one-way scrambled form of your internet address and email address for about a day. Staff who sign in use a cookie that keeps them signed in. A small cookie may remember the language you chose.
Who else is involved
We don't sell your information. The website and its data are stored with our hosting provider. All emails about your request, both to you and to our office, go through our email service, Resend. If something breaks on this site, a technical error report goes to our error-logging service, Sentry, with no personal details. WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep leads for 3 years. After that, we delete them during our regular review. If you become a client, your tax records are handled separately in the office, not through this website.
How to ask us to delete your information
Write to us and tell us the name and phone number or email you used. We'll delete your information, including copies in our office email, and confirm when it's done.
